Rain is typical in spring so we come prepared for any weather! Our mobile units are equipped with canopies to handle any weather. Because the canopy needs some space to set up, there will have to be at least 5 feet of clearance around the vehicle. If it’s raining hard and wind is above 20 miles per hour we may need to postpone our appointment.

Yes we can! All we need is acess to electricity and water. We carry extention cords for water and electricity as long as 100 feet so its easy for us to access power.
If you cancel before 12 hours you will not have to pay the cancellation fee. If you cancel within 12 hours of your booking, you will be charged a $40 cancellation fee to make up for the lost income during the booked time slot.

Yes tipping is normal in the industry. However there is no suggested amount or percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your Car Care Specialist.
We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our service. If you are not happy with the service for any reason please call us immediately for further instructions. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.
